Experience Le’Mieux LLC Policies

Thank you for trusting and selecting our brand to provide you with Luxury Hair Extensions and Wigs. We are dedicated to provide you with quality products which means if you are in a rush to obtain any product we offer please do not place an order. We do not rush to make wigs for quality is the most important piece of our brand. We hold this brand to its highest standard and want to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their order when it is received.

WIG POLICY

Le’Mieux Construction

With this service the client is responsible for providing their own hair.

Processing Time- 10-14 Business Days: Closures provided by the client must be in NEW condition and MUST be purchased from Experience Le”Mieux. The service does NOT include styling. This is for CONSTRUCTION ONLY.

The customer is responsible for styling their wig after Experience Le’Mieux has constructed the wig.

Process:

  1. Place order online for “Le’Mieux Wig Construction”

2. Complete Order Sheet with Custom Wig Measurements Form

3. Obtain a Tracking Number from USPS Priority Mail

4. Email Name, Order Number, Custom Wig Measurement Form and Tracking Number to experiencelemieux@gmail.com

Le’Mieux Custom Wigs

Processing Time is 14-21 Business Days.

Each customer will need to complete an Custom Wig Measurement Form and email it to us prior to the start of the wig construction.

When measuring for your custom unit, please measure accurately. We are not responsible for units that do not fit due to incorrect measurements. If assistance is needed, please feel free to email us: experiencelemieux@gmail.com

GENERAL POLICIES

Bundles & Closures

Processing Time Frame is 5-7 Business Days. Please note the day you order is NOT considered a Business Day.

Processing Time

All orders will take 3-5 Business Days to Process. This time frames DOES NOT include holidays or weekends. This time frame gives time for the payment in which you used to make your purchase is cleared before your order can constructed, packaged and/or shipped to you. IF you ordered a CUSTOM WIG, the Processing Time will be longer for we have to factor in the time it take to construct the wig and add any additional customizations. Please refer to the “Le’Mieux Custom Wigs” section of the policy.

Shipping Time Frame

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days. This time frame it will take for your order to ship AFTER the processing time listed above. Please not IF you purchased a CUSTOM order there is an additional time is required base

We DO NOT ship outside of the United States.

Shipping Policies

There will be a MANDATORY 3-5 day processing time frame which does not include weekends. During this time we are checking your payment method and ensuring that the quality of hair received form our amazing vendor meets our brand standards.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email to the email address you have provided to us with along with your package Tracking Number.

All orders are shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Business Days DO NOT include the following: Weekends or Holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages will receive a tracking number. Once the tracking number is sent to you, it is your responsibility to track the package until receipt. In the event you have questions or concerns regarding the status of your shipped package, please contact the Mailing Service Provider for updates.

Experience Le’Mieux holds no responsibility for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact United States Postal Service. Experience Le’Mieux does not hold responsibility for packages that state has been delivered or listed as untraceable.

NOTE:

Billing and Shipping information MUST MATCH for ALL ORDERS!

Orders over $250 will require Signature Confirmation.

Refunds

Due to the nature of this business we do not issue refunds. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to checking out.

Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns for products can not be resold. Due to the nature of the products being sold we are unable to resale the product after it has been handled or worn by the buyer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Exchanges will only made to customers who has received the wrong item (s) in error.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, you have 24 hours from the original purchase date to cancel your order. In order to cancel your order, please email experiencelemieux@gmail.com

You will experience delays for orders made during SALES periods.

Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy

Customers are encouraged to contact us via email prior to filing a chargeback., In majority of the cases, matters can be resolved easily. Charge backs are costly and can affect the operational portion of our business. Chargeback abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project which can result in the customers ability to purchase online to any retailor in the United States. Furthermore abusers will be reported to the IFCC (Internet Fraud Compliant Center) if and when charge backs are clearly an indication of fraud. If the product is delivered and a chargeback occurs, we will file a mail fraud compliant with the Post Office and Federal Authorities. All monies owed due to the chargeback will be filed and you will be responsible for paying the balance.
